Job summary

Meriton is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for assigned Operating Companies, spanning skilled trades, sales, and operations. You will partner with the Talent Strategic Partner and hiring managers to prioritize demand, manage requisitions, and deliver a superior candidate experience.

You will build sustainable pipelines through trade schools, military transitions, and community partnerships, while maintaining consistent processes across roles and locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines through partnerships and proactive sourcing.
• Experience managing a diverse requisition portfolio and adapting recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates through the ATS for all assigned requisitions.
• Coordinate interview logistics with Hiring Managers and provide timely candidate feedback.
• Extend offers within approved parameters and manage the offer-to-start handoff.
• Keep hiring managers informed on pipeline status and market realities.
