Job summary

Meriton in Irving, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full life cycle recruiting across our multi-brand organization. You will source, assess, and partner with stakeholders to hire exceptional talent while ensuring a premier candidate experience.

The role requires a blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid, in-office setting. Occasional travel to recruiting events may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing and utilizing all resources to attract qualified candidates.
• Experience blending agency and in-house recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM experience required.
• Strong collaboration across teams to accomplish objectives.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting across Meriton and operating companies.
• Source candidates to meet job descriptions and build a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring leaders to set expectations and SLAs.
• Use passive sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, referrals, databases, job boards, social media, events.
• Manage candidate data in the ATS and perform regular data audits.
• Track recruiting metrics and source effectiveness to optimize processes.
• Develop recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Partner with university relations for college recruiting and events.
