Tradesmen International is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its field workforce in the Syracuse market. You will source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople, working closely with the sales team to ensure every order is filled with the right person, quickly.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, interview using standardized assessments, and maintain candidate records. In-office role with quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience; staffing/HR or client relations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven decisions to drive results.
• Construction knowledge a plus, not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build a pipeline of tradespeople.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, virtual and in-person.
• Fill client orders by matching tradespeople to project needs.
• Maintain candidate records and lead lists; track skills and availability.
• Drive retention through engagement and relationships.
• Partner with sales to align worker availability with demand.
• Monitor timelines and worker assignments; provide proactive updates.
• Ensure safety qualifications and training records are accurate.
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed.
