Job summary

Tradesmen International in Tulsa seeks a Skilled Trades Recruiter to manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting process for Craftworkers, ensuring safety and skill requirements are met.

You will build pipelines, interview candidates, maintain records, and collaborate with Sales to align staffing with project demand. Prior recruiting experience and familiarity with iCIMS and MS Office are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Construction industry knowledge a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; iCIMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders by recruiting and selecting candidates who match required skills and safety histories.
• Use full-cycle recruiting strategies—campaigns, pipeline building, and re-engagement—to source and prioritize qualified Craftworkers.
• Conduct effective interviews using standardized assessments.
• Maintain accurate Craftworker records and lead lists for visibility into skills and availability.
• Drive Craftworker retention through ongoing engagement and utilization strategies.
• Partner with Area Operations Manager to ensure recruiting process excellence and compliance.
• Coordinate project fulfillment by monitoring timelines, client needs, and opportunities to expand services.
• Lead strategic operations discussions with sales to match availability with demand and upsell opportunities.
• Provide timely updates on project end-dates and Craftworker availability for proactive planning.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to maintain visibility into upcoming project requirements.
