Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter in Tulsa, OK to support a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting operation onsite. You will coordinate sourcing, compliance, order fulfillment, and ongoing engagement to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified Craftworkers in partnership with Sales and Area Operations.

In this role, you will interview for safety and skill, fill orders, build strong candidate pipelines, and use data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required; staffing, HR, or client relations preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; iCIMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting operation onsite in Tulsa, OK.
• Conduct compliant interviews and ensure safe, qualified Craftworkers are selected.
• Fill orders by recruiting internal and external candidates based on required skills and safety histories.
• Run full-cycle recruiting strategies including campaigns, pipeline building, and re-engagement.
• Complete interviews and hiring evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Maintain accurate Craftworker records and lead lists for visibility of skills and availability.
• Drive retention through ongoing engagement and effective utilization strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Area Operations to align availability with order demand.
• Coordinate project fulfillment by monitoring timelines and client needs.
