The role emphasizes building relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates, thriving in a metrics‑driven environment, and delivering a top‑notch candidate experience while supporting rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 1–2 years professional recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades hiring needs.
• Multi-task and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Track activity metrics: calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships and alignment with job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in office full time
• Must be driven by candidate satisfaction
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
• 1-2 years professional experience

• Base salary plus commission $75,000 - $90, 000
