You will collaborate with leadership to drive installation capacity growth, attract top talent, and mentor under guidance, aiming to exceed hiring objectives.

The role emphasizes building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, thriving in a metrics-driven environment, and delivering a smooth, high-quality recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 1–2 years professional recruitment experience.
• Experience with trades recruitment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

• 1-2 years professional experience
