Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to help drive our rapid expansion by attracting and engaging top talent across a wide range of skilled trades opportunities.

You will collaborate with department leadership and mentors to exceed hiring objectives while supporting installation capacity growth. This role emphasizes relationship-building with Hiring Managers and candidates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in office full time.
• Must be driven by candidate satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail.
• 1-2 years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Salary And Benefits

• Base salary plus commission $75,000 - $90,000
