Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition as we rapidly expand our skilled trades operations. You will attract and engage top talent across trades, working with leadership to exceed hiring objectives, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work in office full time.

• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• 1–2 years professional experience.

• Base salary plus commission $75,000 - $90, 000
