Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to expand our national hiring for skilled trades. You will partner with department leaders to attract, engage, and place top talent across installation roles, while shaping Power's growth strategy and installation capacity.

This full-time, office-based role emphasizes relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates, a metrics-driven workflow, and mentorship from leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or the trades preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
• 1-2 years professional experience

• Base salary plus commission $75,000 - $90, 000
