Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support national skilled trades and operations hiring. You will collaborate with recruiters and leadership to drive recruitment strategies and meet aggressive expansion targets.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual, have 1–2 years of experience, and excel in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time in-office role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Working closely with department leadership, you’ll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Qualifications

• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
• 1-2 years professional experience

• Base salary plus commission $75,000 - $90, 000
