Job summary

Multi-Craft Contractors, Inc. is seeking skilled welders to assemble and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications. You will use MIG, TIG, and SMAW processes to create strong joints in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical skills with fractions and decimals.
• Proficiency in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW) and Stick (SMAW).
• Ability to read blueprints/layouts and use measuring tools.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Position, align, and secure parts for welding according to specs.
• Align and fit parts using clamps, wedges, and hand tools.
• Weld components in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
• Operate fabrication machines (saws, rolls, shears, drills) to form components.
• Follow OSHA regulations and maintain safety in the shop.
