Job summary

Complex Fabricators Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components with precision and efficiency to produce high-quality products for construction and industrial projects.

You will read detailed blueprints and schematics, perform MIG, TIG, FCAW welding, and use plasma cutters, press brakes, and other equipment to shape parts while maintaining ASME codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fabrication and welding experience on construction sites orManufacturing.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, FCAW welding; ability to weld varied metals.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding.
• Mechanical math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with rigging, pipe threading, soldering, ductwork fabrication.
• AWS welding certification preferred; construction site experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics, and drawings to guide fabrication.
• Weld using MIG, TIG, FCAW on various metals including sheet and pipe.
• Use tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
• Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and precision tools.
• Fabricate ductwork, structural components, and assemblies per ASME codes.
• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts for material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols.
