Vail Resorts is hiring a Skilled Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 season in the United States. Starting wage is $22.00/hr to $25.20/hr, with full-time and part-time shifts. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active team environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, spoken and written.

The Skilled Retail Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising and inventory management.

Job Specifications

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
