Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter seasonal roles across our mountain shops. Join our team to help guests select gear, enjoy world-class service, and experience a fun, outdoor-first work culture with training provided.

Starting pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.88 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts. Employees receive free passes, family lift discounts, gear discounts, wellness benefits, and access to Epic Service training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service
• Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales
• Learn product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to guests
• Maintain excellent store visual standards by continually straightening, folding, and restocking merchandise
• Follow all company standardsin regards tosafety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Understand and follow both Vail Resorts’ and Patagonia’s environmental principles
• Other duties as assigned
