Arlington Heights Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help maintain a fully staffed care team and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will create and manage schedules, coordinate shift coverage, lead orientation for new hires, and organize trainings while ensuring compliance with HR and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or higher credential in Texas.
• Experience in long-term care and staff scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong communicator.
• Compassion for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate shift coverage by filling calls, PTO, and open shifts.
• Lead orientation for new hires and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Facilitate trainings and in-services, including certifications and CE.
• Monitor staff performance and address training needs.
• Ensure compliance with HR, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate scheduling updates and needs with department heads.
