Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for its in-house therapy services at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and provides services inside SNFs with dedicated therapy gyms.

Provide skilled PTA-related therapy to SNF residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
