Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL.

The PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and includes modern rehab gyms, supportive leadership, and competitive pay to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
