Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, with dedicated therapy gyms inside skilled nursing facilities. This PRN PTA position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and a supportive leadership culture.

Provide PTA services to SNF residents, working within an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, mobility, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
