Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Florida on a PRN basis. The in-house therapy team provides care at Boca Pointe and Rosewood Centers with modern rehab gyms and generous benefits.

Increased rates apply when medical benefits are waived. Licensed PTAs will deliver skilled services, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Florida is required or eligible for licensure
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred
• Knowledge of Net Health documentation is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life
• Document patient progress and outcomes using Net Health or equivalent system
