Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled services in dedicated therapy gyms within skilled nursing facilities.

Licensed Florida PTA with SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Competitive pay, modern facilities and supportive leadership accompany a compassionate, patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Document services in Net Health and contribute to care plans with the team.
