Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for work in dedicated therapy gyms inside Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Provide skilled PTA treatments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support residents in regaining function and independence within SNF settings.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
