Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. We seek a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in Florida to deliver skilled therapy in SNF settings.

Provide PTA services within dedicated therapy gyms, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence. We offer enhanced pay when benefits are waived and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
