Responsibilities include vacuum packing, labeling, weighing, and pricing meat, while maintaining high sanitation standards and strict adherence to USDA guidelines. Proactive communication with the team and accurate order fulfillment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat cutting, packaging and food handling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate meat processing equipment to cut meat to specifications.
• Tenderize, package, weigh, label, and price meat products.
• Vacuum pack meat for distribution.
• Evaluate quality control and ensure workspace is sanitary.
• Ensure products comply with USDA guidelines.
• Receive and store meat when delivered and ensure quality and freshness.
• Notify manager of problems affecting product quality.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
