Graziano's Group is seeking a detail-oriented Butcher to cut, trim, and prepare meat for sale in grocery stores and restaurants. The role includes operating band saws and other processing equipment, ensuring weight, labels, pricing and packaging meet standards.

The candidate will handle vacuum packing, quality checks, and maintain sanitation while following USDA guidelines. Experience in meat cutting and food handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat cutting, packaging and food handling preferred.
• Familiarity with USDA guidelines and food safety.
• Ability to operate meat-cutting equipment such as band saws.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Operates meat processing equipment and cuts meat to specification.
• Prepares meat for sale, weighs, labels and prices products.
• Vacuum packs meat for distribution and ensures quality control.
• Maintains sanitary workspace and adheres to USDA guidelines.
• Receives and stores meat deliveries and notes quality issues.
• Reports problems to manager and meets productivity standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
