Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment.
• Cut meat to specifications using hand and power tools.
• Tenderize, package, weigh, label, and price meat products.
• Vacuum pack meat for distribution.
• Maintain sanitation and adhere to quality standards.
• Notify manager of issues affecting meat quality.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
