Responsibilities

• Tenderize and package meat products.
• Weigh, label, and price meat products.
• Vacuum pack meat for distribution.
• Maintain sanitary workspace and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with USDA guidelines.
• Receive and store meat deliveries and verify freshness.
• Notify manager of quality issues.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
