Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates meat processing equipment.
• Cuts meat to specifications using hand tools and power equipment.
• Tenderizes, packages, weighs, labels, and prices meat products.
• Vacuum packs meat for distribution.
• Maintains sanitary workspace and monitors quality.
