Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist in maintaining apartment homes, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting make-readies. You will help with preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and customer service to ensure move-in ready units and a high standard of living for residents.

This on-site role requires basic HVAC knowledge, 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the use of personal hand tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• High School diploma or GED is advantageous.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with make-readies.
• Identify hazardous conditions and report to supervisors.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain security of property tools and posted notices.
