Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Service Technician I to support maintenance of multifamily assets, perform repairs, diagnose HVAC issues, and assist with make-readies. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, assisting with preventive maintenance, and maintaining tools and equipment. A High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and safety experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge for diagnostics and repairs.
• Must be able to perform make-readies and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and inspections to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Perform maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
