Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to support on-site maintenance at The Heritage Apartment Homes-BH. You will diagnose issues, perform general repairs, assist with make-readies, and help with preventive maintenance to keep residents satisfied.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You must provide your own hand tools and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Required to provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to diagnose and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep across exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assists with HVAC troubleshooting and apartment make-readies.
• Identifies and reports hazardous conditions to prevent liabilities.
• Supports preventive maintenance programs and keeps records compliant with BH guidelines.
• Maintains security and readiness of property-issued tools and equipment.
