Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician (Skilled) in Rock Hill, SC. You will complete assigned work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, and support the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
