Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician (Skilled) in Florida. You will be responsible for completing assigned work orders using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge and supporting the preventative maintenance schedule.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience, and an EPA HVAC certification. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
