Qualifications

• Must be customer service oriented and able to assist residents.
• HVAC and EPA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Participate in ongoing property maintenance and improvement plans.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in a ready condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.
