Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to execute work orders utilizing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, while supporting the preventative maintenance program. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork within our senior living communities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
