Job summary

Toyota Manufacturing is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems in our General Maintenance Department. You will help ensure safe, efficient production and plant reliability through troubleshooting and improvements.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, fabricating components, programming PLCs and robotics, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience or military background in a skilled craft.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Technical knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, hydraulics/pneumatics, sensors, and control systems.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Test, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs and fixtures.
• Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, CNCs, robotics, and electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and components.
• Document work performed using written or electronic methods.
• Solve problems and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
