Job summary
Toyota Manufacturing in Troy, Missouri is seeking a Skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and inspections across production and facilities. You will test, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, including PLCs and robotics, and fabricate components for repairs and modifications.
The role requires associate degree or 3+ years hands-on experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and flexibility to work rotating
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 3+ years hands-on industrial equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with PLCs and high-voltage systems.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, sensors, and motor control.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work all shifts including overtime, holidays, weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment and plant facilities.
- Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and components.
- Fabricate and machine parts for repairs and modifications.
- Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, CNCs, robotics, and other electronics.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records; support safety and productivity goals.
