Job summary

Toyota Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, programming PLCs, and repairing hydraulic/pneumatic systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Candidates should have strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, experience with PLCs and conveyors, and be willing to work various shifts including overtime.

Qualifications

Must have strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Experience troubleshooting and solving problems in maintenance roles.
Proficiency with PLCs, conveyors, hydraulics/pneumatics, and sensors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems including circuits and motors.
Fabricate and machine components to repair fixtures and parts for maintenance projects.
Program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair PLCs, CNCs, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and machine components.
Document work performed using written or electronic methods.
Demonstrate problem-solving and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
