Job summary
Engage Management seeks a skilled Maintenance Tech for Newbury Flats in St. Charles, MO. You will uphold property upkeep, perform general maintenance, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained community.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools/fountains, appliances, and delivering quality customer service. Regular lifting, driving, and on-call shifts are required as part of a team effort to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Experience managing a diverse workforce and driving results.
- Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports.
Responsibilities
- Keep property visually impeccable and functionally sound.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and other systems.
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor about work orders and status.
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance according to schedule.
- Maintain Rent Manager documentation and inventories.
