Job summary

Country Club Lakes Apartments seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Saint Charles community. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment, delivering safe, attractive living spaces while providing outstanding resident service.

The role requires experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, and appliance repair, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
• Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
