Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is required.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and general property maintenance.
• Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance like cleaning coils, replacing filters, lubricating components, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Respond to HVAC maintenance requests, diagnose issues with diagnostic tools, and determine repair actions.
• Install new HVAC systems or components in accordance with building codes.
• Maintain records of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
