Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in the packaging industry; paper, plastics, converting.
• 6 months' experience in some type of manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely including setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
• Support maintenance reporting and machine efficiency improvements.
• Assist with cross-training and learning other plant duties.
