Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. Working independently, you will perform complex landscaping tasks, operate commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensure proper care of plant materials and landscape elements.

You will lead and coach team members, coordinate with Crew Leader, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on site, with potential for weekend

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 40 lbs.
Certified to operate BrightView equipment (level 3).
Certified to apply pesticides and follow safety standards.
Demonstrated accident-free performance over at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

Proactively maintain site detail and quality.
Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader is not on site.
Identify irrigation issues and coordinate repairs with Crew Leader.
Train team on preventative maintenance for trucks and trailers.
Maintain a polite, friendly demeanor with guests and customers.
Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely while adhering to company standards.
