The position involves pruning, irrigation checks, bed planting, mulching, and training teammates on preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and enthusiastic.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Certified on level 3 equipment and pesticide application.
• 6 months of accident-free performance required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail.
• Lead and perform duties when the Crew Leader is not on site.
• Solve problems with the Crew Leader to meet schedule challenges.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape and health.
• Identify irrigation issues and assist in repairs.
• Maintain flowerbeds and mulch as needed.
• Train team members on equipment maintenance and safety.
• Maintain polite, friendly demeanor with guests and customers.
