Commonwise Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in Harrisonburg, VA. We offer top-of-market pay, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our Care Management team to help you build a rewarding career in care.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide consistent, reliable support during times of need.
• Advocate for clients within the community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding.
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and engaging in hobbies.

Job requires frequent bending and could include driving. Candidate must be proficient in communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs.
