Job summary

Commonwise Home Care is hiring caregivers in Charlottesville, VA. You control your schedule across mornings, evenings, or nights, with starting pay $17.50–$20 per hour and a $250 sign-on bonus after 80 hours.

We offer premium rates, weekly pay, weekend differentials, mileage reimbursement, PTO, holiday pay, health/vision/dental insurance, Tapcheck access, and 401(k). You’ll build relationships, provide reliable care, and support ADLs and IADLs in clients' homes, with ongoing training and 24/7
