Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site while supporting the overall project.

With 1–2 years of construction experience, candidates must be 18+, have a GED or high school diploma, and be able to lift 50+ pounds. The role offers competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, STD/LTD, a 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, with work at our Atlanta-area sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction experience.
• GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Must be able to work individually, within a team, and in all weather.
• Must be punctual, reliable and be a hard worker.
• Direct trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, and keep track of time and load count.
• Ensure trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and drivers are wearing their PPE.
