B&S Site Development is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site and support overall project execution in Dublin, OH. The role involves varied site tasks, scaffolding setup, material handling, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually and with equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must be able to work individually, within a team, and in all weather.
• Must be punctual, reliable and a hard worker.
• Direct trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, and keep track of time and load count.
• Ensure trucks lower their bed before leaving jobsite and drivers wear PPE.

• Ensure trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and drivers are wearing their PPE.
