Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site while supporting the overall project. The role emphasizes physical work, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork on a fast-paced civil construction site.

Responsibilities include site prep, scaffolding assembly/disassembly, material handling, and reporting safety concerns. Applicants should have 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, be 18+, and

Qualifications

1–2 years of construction experience.
GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
Must be able to work individually, within a team, and in all weather.
Must be punctual, reliable and be a hard worker.
Direct trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, and keep track of time and load count.
Ensure trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and drivers are wearing their PPE.
