Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to support safe, efficient site operations on our Manassas, VA projects. You will help keep the site clean, assist with scaffolding, and move materials as directed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, must be at least 18, and can lift 50+ pounds. We offer health, life, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

1–2 years of construction experience required.
GED or high school diploma or related work experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations to management.
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually and with equipment.
Maintain pace in a fast-paced environment and follow supervisor instructions.
Work independently, with a team, and in all weather conditions.
Be punctual, reliable, and a hard worker.
Direct trucks to dump, log tickets, and track time and load count.
